Please complete the following for as completely as possible to ensure that all of your requests can be considered in a timely manner. This request will be sent to the operations team for approval and you should be contacted within 10 business days to follow up.

To ensure promotional materials are ready on time, submit your request six (6) weeks prior to your promotion start date. Any later and they may not be ready when you need them!

(For example: if your event is June 7, but you want to start promoting it May 17, you need to get that promo request in 6 weeks before the promotion date launch of May 17. So you'd submit that April 5th or sooner.)

General items: All persons/groups/organizations must reserve the use of the facilities in advance.  Reservations must be approved by the Administrative Team before confirmation can be given; this can take up to 30 days. The Tabernacle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. The Tabernacle reserves the right to deny use of its facilities to any person, group or organization. All activities held here must be moral and upright, proper conduct is expected by all attending persons.  


Fees: Facility fees ($300 for primary space use / $150 for secondary space use) are due 30 days prior to the event and all staff fees are due at the event and must be made out directly to the individuals. 


Cancellations: If an event is canceled by The Tabernacle, all fees will be refunded. If canceled by an applicant less than two weeks before the event, no usage fees will be refunded.


Furnishings: None of the church furnishings, equipment or property may be removed from the building or the grounds. Movement or relocation of any of the church’s furnishings, equipment or property must be authorized in advance. Set designs in the auditorium are not to be modified or removed unless previous consent was given by The Tabernacle.  Use of the sound system or audio visual equipment must be approved in advance and operated only by authorized personnel of The Tabernacle.


Other rules: No alcoholic beverages are allowed in a church building or on church premises. No smoking allowed in the church buildings. No animals allowed in a church building.


Indemnification: The Applicant shall defend and uphold The Tabernacle from and indemnify it against any claim, loss, expense or damage arising out of or in connections with the Applicant’s use of the facility, food preparation/service and any act or neglect of the Applicant or its agents, employees, invitees or guests. The Tabernacle reserves the right to choose the counsel of its choice at the Applicant’s expense. Additional fees may be charged for property damages that occur during the course of the event.
